Hourly Rate: $19.14
At Hyatt Vacation Ownership, the Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare drinks for customers and servers consistently following set recipes and pouring standards.
- Routinely keep an educated/updated knowledge of spirts/wine/beer offerings.
- Ensure that minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic beverages.
- Take food orders and prep all condiments for restaurant and bar usage
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area through disposing of all waste, clearing and cleaning all glassware, and wiping down bar and preparation areas.
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a bartender within a casual full service restaurant preferred
- The ability to work a flexible schedule to including evenings, weekends, holidays, and flex shift as needed.
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Must be minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcohol
